We are located on the West Coast of the state of Florida, just North of midway through the state. We are close to the Gulf but our residents are proud of the fact that we are located in the Nature Coast. There is an expressway that makes a commute to Tampa a breeze.

We have fallen in love with this area! It's very easy to do. A fun fact about our area is that it is the largest home to manatees during the winter months. If the manatees love it, so will you! The nature coast has trails for hiking and biking; rivers for boating and kayaking; the gulf for fishing, and many golf courses. And, have I mentioned the fresh fish? There are restaurants that cook up the fresh catch of the day or you can stop at one of the many fish markets to pick up fresh fish to take home to prepare for dinner. We really do feel lucky to live in such a wonderful part of the world.
